We rolled into Valdez and found that Fu Kung was right behind our hotel. We ended up getting the 007, Polar Bear, and a spicy crunch roll. For 2 people, the 3 rolls really hit the spot and came with a great spicy soup. We knew we'd be hungry later and got an order of pad Thai to go. I wasn't sure about eating here but after reading reviews and seeing pictures, I gave it a try. The pricing of the dishes were pretty pricey but the portions balanced. Service was a bit slow but they were friendly. Food was pretty good, a little salty but it was satisfying.
