“My husband and I took my dad here while he was visiting. Everett's is such a nice spot for a semi fancy dinner on the water. It's gorgeous during the sunset. The interior is super cozy and they have great decoration of antler chandeliers and Alaskan photos all around. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. For drinks, I ordered the polar bear and the winter warmer. The polar bear was sooooo good! It's a sweeter drink but perfect to go with a salad or something light like that. The winter warmer was good in flavor but MAN was it strong!! I even had them add heavy cream to it and it STILL did not lessen the strength for me lol. I couldn't get past a couple sips of it. It's very good, but beware its strength! lol! For food I got the beets and berries salad which was delicious and perfect with my first polar bear drink. My husband got the carbonara which he is now OBSSESSED with and will only order that dish lol. My dad ordered the halibut and said it was so good. It wasn't an overloaded amount but enough for him to finish it all and fill up! For the appetizer we ordered the smoked Gouda fries which ended up taking longer than it did for us to get our food so our waitress, Isabella, comped it and gave us a free dessert! She was so kind and the epitome of what customer service is. The fries, unfortunately, had very little Gouda only drizzled on top of the giant potato wedges and a mountain of green onions on it. They were still very good but should be labeled as just fries. This was the only reason it did not get 5 stars. For the free dessert we got the creme brulee which is always my favorite. They made it soooo well! It was so creamy and they used real vanilla beans which always makes this dish top tier! I can't wait to come back! Forgot my phone at home so no photos...this time!“

“A&W's I can't rate your food as I've never eaten it before, however I have alway loved your Strawberry Shake. It's delicious that I will literally drive past every shake in Anchorage, Alaska just to come to Wasilla, Alaska for one. But I do have one complaint that I feel is really important to myself and others safety. Your straw are going to cause a fatal accident. Having to remove your hands from the wheel, hold/stabilize the cup with one hand and dig the straw out of the cup with two fingers from your other hand (because you keep cutting the bottom and sides of your tongue trying to retrieve the straw with your tongue and lip). This is my umpteenth time loosing my straw within my large cup with open lid while trying to drink my shake and drive. Yet, it's the third time I have almost lost control of my car behind the straw going into the cup and the cup being covered with moisture and slippery shake syrup that your employees don't seem to care to whip off, nor do they give you a napkin to do it yourself. Please order longer straws to protect your customers and yourselves. This 8.5 or 9 inch straw almost took my life and that's not in a good way. Size matters!

P.S. I don't like to wait and drink it because you don't make them super frozen and thick anymore. So they melt quickly. ?????? I miss that, they tasted better then. And come back to Anchorage. The only reason people weren't coming to the Anchorage location is because the building was nasty and the desperate need of a remodel and the staff looked and smelled like bums from the street corner. No one, wants to eat food from people like that.

“Pretty busy but Cheryl was on top of her game! She was friendly, quick, and made sure we were taken care of.
I had protein pancakes and a couple eggs. I'm not sure what my hubby had, but he said it was good and polished it off pretty fast!

“Got take out food for our family drive from Wasilla to Anchorage.
We got 2 milkshakes, both were good.
We ordered chicken tenders and fries for our little one. the tenders were pretty good, but the fries were over salted which my daughter liked.
The service was good considering how busy they were“

“I used to love this restaurant and bragged about it to other people how delicious their food is... Somehow , this time, the food we just ordered was not warm or hot... The hamburgers ( bun and the burger meat) were cold.. they were like in a room temperature.. I immediately called and complained about the food to the management.. Then I was told that thier food warmer is broken and they will fix it.. .. if their food warmer is broken, why they continue selling food that is supposed to be hot or warm before serving it to the costumers?????“
