“It took forever to get our food and then after eating we decided to get ice cream for the grandkids and it took over 30 minutes. There was two other families in the restaurant and my husband looked outside to see if the drive-through was backed up and there wasn't anyone there. They had at least 4-5 people working. No excuse was even given for the delay. My husband mentioned it two different times during our wait that we waiting still for our order.“
“I went for breakfast. I ordered 8 sandwiches for work. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. I get to work with missing food, 3 day old chicken and bad manners from the people. I try to call 9 times with no answer. I goback when I got off work. The young man at the counter greeted me, patience and listened. He then fixed it with no complaints! He apologized, smile and made me fresh food. But what blew my mind was he thanked me for not yelling and acting out. He thanked me for using my Jesus yall!!. Excellent customer service!!“
“Aside from the blistering heat of the air conditioning not working. The employees still had smiles on their faces and exceeded my expectations for harsh work and conditions They have had to endure today. My food came out fast, fresh, and hot. I wish I got the gentleman's name who helped me. Because he excelled above and beyond any normal human beings capability for the type of work conditions, they were suffering today with the extreme heat in the building On the customer side I can only imagine what that kitchen felt like having to work in the back with the uniforms on. I believe everybody on that shift.Today deserves a bonus for having to endure such hot & cruel conditions. I give them all around of applause a million stars if I could. You have an amazing team working for you, and you should reward them for enduring those conditions for the day.“
