“*EDIT* After I left my review, I happened to read the other reviews. Honestly, shame on some of the other reviewers. Admittedly, the food did take a while to come out but that is because it’s CLEARLY made to order and made with love. With fresh ingredients and with intention. Staff is courteous and nice. It’s a small business. When we were there, it was close to end of business. We were hesitant to go in because of this but we didn’t want anyone to get frustrated and we were met with nothing but smiles. Locals that are urging people not to go here have no empathy for what running a small business is like. Give this place another try!

We were on the road for 15+ hours when we stopped in here because that was the only restaurant that was open within a few mile radius. I had low expectations, coming from New York. Let me tell you!! This is the BEST Mexican place I’ve EVER been to. The chips came out warm, the salsa was fresh and delicious. We had the fajitas, which were seasoned perfectly. Generous portions. Chicken was juicy and tender. The tortillas were hot. We also had the chicken soup which had the tastiest broth and beautiful ingredients. The queso was delicious too. Staff was professional, cheerful and kind. Restaurant was clean. What a pleasant surprise. Excited to go back!”
