Food was great and service was great too
Food is typical fast food, used drive up and requested a bacon burger, got a regular with no bacon, ordered a regular no mayo and got a plain burger with no mustard no ketchup no onion no lettuce. At least the guys were hot.
I am proud to give credit where credit is due. I am so glad we were blessed with Jack’s in our community.

Jack's Family Restaurant is a well-liked spot offering decent food at reasonable prices, making it a good choice for families. The restaurant is known for its friendly staff, particularly at the drive-thru, where customers appreciate the cheerful service. Many diners enjoy the fried chicken and hamburgers, noting that the food is hot and served quickly. However, some reviews mention issues with service speed and accuracy, with instances of missing items and less friendly interactions from certain staff. Breakfast options, like the sec biscuit, are popular, but some customers express disappointment over specific requests not being fulfilled, such as butter on the biscuit. Overall, Jack's provides a reliable option for a quick bite or a sit-down meal, though consistency in service may vary.
