The food was good and ready fast, unfortunately it sat in the shoot for a while before someone decided to put it on my tray. I don't know if they have a manager but there was a definite lack of leadership. Employees were wandering around aimlessly, one was out in the parking lot covering his car with a tarp.
It's Jacks, the people are nice and the food is decent. I go here more for Breakfast than anything. My only complaint with Jacks is they should definitely go back to the old school buns these new burger buns are terrible and that's why I only eat breakfast here.

I got the three piece bone chicken dinner with fries, masted potatoes, and a biscuit. I am going to tell you it was the best I had ever visited any jacks restaurant. The chicken was tender, juicie, and hot just right. Everything was so fresh to order. Thanks to the guys and gals at the Double Springs restaurant, yall were outstanding.
