37 minutes! 37 minutes we sat in the drive thru line, pulled up waiting for our order before my wife went in and requested a refund to which the snarky manager Mai* finally granted. After paying for our order and receiving our drink, the wonderful window attendant asked us if we needed something else. I said I’d like to have our food and we only received our drink.
