“We came to town for a wedding with 12 of us staying in one house. We decided to grab takeout for supper so I called Firetruck BBQ. They were able to accommodate our order and we were hoping for the best. We ordered 3 slabs of ribs, a chicken and some sides. Being a self proclaimed BBQ connoisseur, i was somewhat skeptical, especially since I'm a baby back guy and all they had were st. Louis style ribs, but we were in a pinch. I must say, I was blown away! Absolutely delicious ribs and chicken. The sides were excellent and I think I've found my new favorite bbq sauce! Be sure to pick up an extra bottle, it's the perfect mix of sweet and tangy.“
