Ordered a large hot fudge sunday and the fudge was on 1 side without the amount of ice cream that should come with a large. Along with no top. Also ordered a milk shake, didnt get a straw. And the blizzard that was ordered was not full. Who ever is making these ice creams are oviously not being trained correctly, or just dont care. Its crazy how everything is so expensive and yet you get poor quality food. I havent ordered from here in over 2 years and i realized tonight I havent missed anything and wont be returning. This is also after sitting in line over 20 mins

Ordered blizzards with my meal online and once I got there they told me the ice cream machine wasn't working and there is nothing they could do about refunding my money since I ordered through the app. The employees tell me that the machine has been messed up for almost a month. It's ridiculous that it's 2025 and the app can't inform the customer about what available at a location.

I waited 35 minutes for a small oreo blizzard in the drive thru. I was the second care in line and before orderi g i was told to wait a moment and didn't get a response for almost 5 minutes. For how empty this place is you'd think they'd be quicker with orders and more customer friendly.

Took 35 minutes we were 2nd in line with no one behind us. Food was not good. Burger did not have what it was supposed to have on it. The shake lid and cup was dirty. Food was also cold you would think with that wait time it would be hot and fresh. Workers were standing around talking and laughing. I see why this DQ is always empty.

The food was good! Service was a little slow but that's understandable because they seemed short-staffed and I only saw 3 workers. However the staff was very polite! The pumpkin pie blizzard is delicious, highly suggest it! The spicy chicken sandwhich was also very good.

in line for over a hour i was 3rd in line took another 20 mins for my order to be taken

After placing our order then having to wait as long as we did, my son's slushie was pure liquid by the time we got to the window. Considering the wait & what we paid,it wasn't worth the trip.The two supposed medium hot fudge sudaes were extremely small. The cheesecake blizzard with strawberries had no taste of cheesecake. Would not recommend.

Ordered a blizzard. Had to wait 23 minutes at the drive thru speaker. Blizzard melted . Should have known when I got a lid and no flip. Worst DQ in Florida Georgia and Alabama as I travel those states frequently.

My family and I went to this location for ice cream . The workers looked at us walking in and no one acknowledged us. No one stated “ one sec and we will be with you “ they let us stand there for while they laughed and played In the back. The Manager giggled and looked at us and still didn’t acknowledge us we decided to walk out after the 5 to 6 minutes of no one even walking to the front . My 5 year old even knew it was terrible service by saying out loud “ mommy let’s just go some where else!” If you did not want anyone to come in then the lobby should have been closed down or doors locked. Looking at the reviews and the reply back I highly doubt my review will make the Owner take action. The Manager on Duty name was Verna or Berna I may have misspelled I only know that much because I had to go thru the drive through not to order food but the get her name because I couldn’t believe the awful customer service. I will also seek other actions beyond this review to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else! I just don’t believe this experience and I was there!

Ordered an ice cream cake for my birthday yesterday and was told it would be ready today. When attempting to pick it up we were told that they didn’t have any cakes made that were under our name. After describing the person that took our order we were informed that the person was their general manager and that she “must’ve forgot”. No compensation was given and terrible customer service.
