Terrible service especially the crew at 7:49pm on 8/3/25 takes 45 minutes every time slowest DQ I’ve ever been to by far. Very lazy.

not a clean establishment, cold food, very slow, ordered a blizzard & it had things mixed in that shouldn’t have been in it also was melted, they serve food thats been cooked in burnt grease, prices are extremely too high for shitty service, bathrooms are disgusting, lobby stinks, dirty booths, all in all terrible place i don’t know how their not shut down.

Was passing through Alex City and stopped for a quick lunch. The restaurant was very clean. The young lady who cooked my food was very sweet and made my day. She brought me my food and then she came by and checked to make sure everything was fine.

Horrible service. Employees are condescending and disrespectful towards customers. No wonder they were completely dead during prime dining hours next to a highway. Will never go back.

Ordered a large hot fudge sunday and the fudge was on 1 side without the amount of ice cream that should come with a large. Along with no top. Also ordered a milk shake, didnt get a straw. And the blizzard that was ordered was not full. Who ever is making these ice creams are oviously not being trained correctly, or just dont care. Its crazy how everything is so expensive and yet you get poor quality food. I havent ordered from here in over 2 years and i realized tonight I havent missed anything and wont be returning. This is also after sitting in line over 20 mins

Ordered blizzards with my meal online and once I got there they told me the ice cream machine wasn't working and there is nothing they could do about refunding my money since I ordered through the app. The employees tell me that the machine has been messed up for almost a month. It's ridiculous that it's 2025 and the app can't inform the customer about what available at a location.

I waited 35 minutes for a small oreo blizzard in the drive thru. I was the second care in line and before orderi g i was told to wait a moment and didn't get a response for almost 5 minutes. For how empty this place is you'd think they'd be quicker with orders and more customer friendly.

Took 35 minutes we were 2nd in line with no one behind us. Food was not good. Burger did not have what it was supposed to have on it. The shake lid and cup was dirty. Food was also cold you would think with that wait time it would be hot and fresh. Workers were standing around talking and laughing. I see why this DQ is always empty.

The food was good! Service was a little slow but that's understandable because they seemed short-staffed and I only saw 3 workers. However the staff was very polite! The pumpkin pie blizzard is delicious, highly suggest it! The spicy chicken sandwhich was also very good.
