Took my elderly sick mother to the emergency room. They took her back pretty quickly. She had oxygen levels below 76. Three hours later, I still had not heard from any medical associate. The front desk keeps saying to call the nurse. I called CINDY twice with no response. ***I'm giving one star for Dr William Harrison Moore, NOT the hospital overall. YES, as of this writing (11-2022) he's still there!!! There do seem to be a couple of decent doctors there, that we've been pleased with thus far. Here's my nightmare experience. My surgery was in 2019. I have a friend who is currently in the Russell Medical hospital had a completed total knee replacement, and currently going through rehab, she told me she needed assistance she said it had been 56 minutes since she had call and ask and no one had came to her aid, this is not acceptable, and she has been neglected as a patient at the hospital, and when i came from out of town to take her some items, I seen as I walked through the hospital to her room on the 2nd floor, the employees...read full review
