“Driving to Birmingham from Bradenton Florida can make a person stir crazy!!!!! So we decided to take a walk because our legs got a little restless......... we stumbled across this Zaxby’s. Well with Covid dining rooms are closed and you have to have a car to go to the drive-through. So I called, the first girl that answered the phone didn’t know I was looking at her through the window. She seemed a little shocked. She definitely didn’t want to take my order definitely didn’t know what to say to me. So she handed the phone to Brianna who took my order is a very nice young lady. She deserves some Recognition for her not being rude. I’m just not taking your order because we weren’t in the car. I had my nephew with us who I was pretty hungry and Brianna save the day! So thank you for having an employee like her! If I’m ever in this part of Alabama again we will stop again!!!!!!“
“The ribs was a little tough! Not falling off of the bone unlike other ruby Tuesdays I've eaten at. The ruby relaxer taste like a sweet drink without any alcohol! Our waitress was very courteous and nice. I would love to come back & eat here & maybe the next time the ribs will be tender.“
“The mahi-mahi special on Saturday was absolutely amazing. The cilantro cream sauce gave the dish a Latin flair. The fish was cooked perfectly and the bacon wrapped asparagus was a wonderful side. I love the food! Our server, Campbell, was the best. She was attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Exceptional service! If you haven't tried Castelluccio's yet it needs to be on your short list.“
