“I know today about 1 or so the staff was struggling with orders. Several of us were asked to pull up through the drive thru line. I just want to say that my chicken sandwiches were fresh hot and very good today. Be patient because in my case it paid off in some good food and a correct order.“

“2 Breakfast platter deluxe, Breakfast platter special, pancake platter, 2 sausage, egg,and cheese biscuits. Ordered online with specified pick up time. Ordering process was simple including substitutions even for this old 65 yo man. Food was excellent! Taste and appearance was like homemade. My wife said the pancakes were great. We both complimented on how good the eggs were. I really don't have anything negative to say about the food or the service.
I ordered about 45 minutes before my requested pickup time. I picked up through the drive thru and it was ready at the window and was freshly made and hot. The representative greeted me and thanked me for my business. Couldn't really ask for more. Great food. Great service. Thanks Jacks. These types of experiences are becoming harder to find.“

“I went Oct 2nd and Ashely Q was working and I only saw one car behind building my first thought was everyone else walk to work so I pulled in and ordered and she was the only one I could see in side had a head set on delivering food taking orders also cooking everything buy her self , took my order got it right first time and brought it out and told me she was sorry it took so long I told her it wasn’t that long not knowing she was by herself doing everything, she told me she was only one there running and entire restaurant by herself after I payed her and I tipped her good I thought if I had an employee that dedicated I would make her a manager at one of my stores, if this happens to someone that is high up at Jacks or McDonald’s y’all will lose her in a heartbeat I would hire her if I owned any kind or restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!! Went down tonight to see if Ashely Q was working and she was doing a good job delivering food somone inside helping her I think the world of her and hope someone sees how good she is if everyone in this place worked as hard as she does you couldn’t get in parking lot !!!!“
