“We catered a large order from this restaurant and the whole order exceeded expectations!! Everything was cooked to perfection!! I am so thankful for the staff. The online option only gave me a choice for all regular or all spicy. The store manager called me in advance to verify the order and allowed us to do half original half spicy. That call alone was so helpful for the busy day. Thank you team for providing a perfect meal for everyone at our event!“

“There is a guy who works there (tonight is July 2) my daughter that is 8 orders her food so particularly and he remembered her order and is always so kind. Wish I would’ve caught his name but he is always so friendly and gets everything right the first time. Had a horrible experience at the hwy 78 location ten minutes before and went to the Anniston location instead. Lesson learned. Will ALWAYS go to Anniston location over Oxford. And kudos to the man working tonight on his customer service and kindness 😊“

“I am writing to express my consistent disappointment with the accuracy of my recent orders. On numerous occasions, I have received incomplete meals, despite placing my orders correctly. This has occurred frequently enough to raise serious concerns about the reliability of the service. I understand that the meals are prepared by through a drug rehabilitation program, and I appreciate the important work being done. However, the recurring issue of missing items is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of the food. The quality of service should be commensurate with the price paid. Today's experience further exemplifies this problem. After placing my order through the app. When I got to the drive-through window, I was asked to wait in the parking lot. After a 15-minute wait, I was informed that my order had been lost and was subsequently provided with an incomplete meal. I request that this matter be given urgent attention to ensure future orders are complete and accurate. I would appreciate a response outlining the steps being taken to improve the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment“

“Love this place! The food is great, and the inovative ideas, through the years, to get people through the drive-thru at top notch speed; have been spectacular! My daughter and I hit Chick-fil-A each week after her music lessons, and watch a Trivia show together on YouTube on our way home (Detormentis, you should check his channel out btw) ... That may sound like a Grade-A cheesy time, lol, but I wouldn't trade a million dollars for that time together and that awesome food ?“

“Yasmne and Tracia was awesome. There was a problem with pricing but it was not their fault. The board was reading 1199 but the register was reading 13 something. They handle it like professionals. Gave me the difference of the price without any problems. Love that people still know customer service ?? Thank you so much lady's both of you made my day.“

“First and foremost, shout out to Vanessa, she was so friendly and helpful, she definitely is customer friendly and loves what she does!! Secondly, the food was delicious. A great grilled chicken sandwich, and wings. Very clean restaurant, through and through.“
