Harper's is amazing. It's a Mom & Pop Old Fashion Homemade Ice Cream shop run by a sweet older couple. They have DOZENS of wonderful flavors as well as a few breakfast, cookies, etc (& cakes/etc for holidays & pre-order). Their freezers are EXTREMELY COLD, too, so your ice cream WILL NOT be melted if you have a bit of a drive home. The one & only drawback of this place is that they are CASH ONLY!!!
The best ice cream around. Made fresh daily as well as the cookies and cream horns. You will not find ice cream anywhere else that makes fresh baked goods that go into the ice cream such as strawberry cheesecake, banana pudding, and more. Go check them out. You will love it!
