The chicken salad was good but the amount was quite small searved with a lot of lettuce. The atmosphere is nice but the tables had not been cleaned off which we did ourselves when we sat down and got water. They also should empty the trash can more often because it was overflowing near the center of the eating area.
The best coffee West of Savannah (Atlanta doesn't signify), North of New Orleans, South of Nashville & East of the Mississippi (probably selling it short). A magical location (Mooresville) & the most suave, attentive, & informed staff in the greatest state in the nation. Belly up to beautiful & spotless bar for great coffee or just a pleasant intellectual conversation.

Java Jolt serves delicious made-to-order sandwiches, grilled or cold, as well as their signature fresh-roasted coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful, the decor is quaint and charming in a low-key, homespun way. Tuscan chicken sandwiches were especially tasty. Portions are small but perfect for a light lunch, and prices are modest.
