“Everything about this visit today was amazing. From the amount of time in the drive through to the friendliness of BOTH the cashiers. First window was kind and ASKED of I wanted the receipt (doesn’t happen) and the second cashier was amazing too. She confirmed my order, affirmed that she put the straw in the bag (also doesnt happen) and told me to have a great day. This is old school customer service and I am for it! It is 2025 and most people think that you don’t have to be courteous when dealing with the public. I unfortunately didn’t get their names but it was between 10:30-11:00 am today. Read into that management. Find out who those women were and congratulate them on a job well done. They were amazing. I didn’t want to be weird by saying (being nice isn’t normal in fast food) but IT ISNT! Thank you. You have a great work ethic and because of you two I will not stop eating fast food. No diet for me. You were awesome and your kindness made my morning!“
“Tonight I visited this location near home. Placed my order inside for meal deal 7 ( 2 cheeseburgers french fried taters and no drink) asked to have my meal cooked to order fresh with mustard onions only. A meal was presented to me not cooked to order. I sent the entire sack for a re do. A member of cook staff started with attitude. At that moment a manager came to my rescue. I promised the manager HEATHER a 5 star google reviews. Thanks TO HEATHER for her attention to professional customer service.
