Chicken Wings in Arab

“Zaxby's in Arab has really great food in a nice, clean, casual restaurant. We all ordered salads and they were delicious and the portions are generous. There was a lot of chicken on the salads, too. They have a good assortment of chicken dishes, but a vegetarian could very easily ask for the chicken to be omitted for a filling salad.“

“***I DO NOT RECOMMEND LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA! SOME ONE HAS GONE IN AND CHANGED IT TO WHERE IT SAYS I DO. I DO NOT!!*** 🤬 Get rid of the extremely rude, and cold manager, Chelsea. Also get rid of Derek, who was allowed by Chelsea to stand behind her cursing me with the F word! I had placed an order on the phone, and evidently, Derek took me as being rude and started off ON me. I didn't call to be rude, I just wanted to order pizza. He then hands the the phone to Chelsea, who coldly apologized for his actions and asked for my order. I told her I did not want him serving me at the window. She assured me he wouldn't. When I got to the window, I asked for his name because he will be reported to corporate in the morning. He went off like a volcano. Screaming his name and spelling it out. Then while I'm talking to the "warm" manager, he's in the background screaming and cursing me with the F word! 🤬 They would say something smart and shut the window quickly. I refused to move from the drive thru until I got my food. Then Chelsea sticks her head out the window and tells me I'm not getting any food. They have refused to serve me. She threatened to call the police, but I had already dialed 911. I told the officer that came what happened. He went in to talk to them and they still refused to serve it. I left, but have found out the owners name, he and both corporate office numbers will be getting a call tomorrow. I've heard many complaints since I posted the problem on my Facebook. I went straight to Domino's, where the girl couldn't have been anymore professional! I told her what happened and she said she'd had many customers this very day order there complaining about Little Caesars! She gave me free brownies and wrote inside the box that she hoped my day got sweeter! ❤️. I've worked customer service all my life and NEVER seen what I saw from the crew at Little Caesars today!! Know before you go what you're getting into! I've never had any complaints until today, but then again I've never been treated by WORKERS at a business like I was today! 🤬 These folks either need TRAINING, or to be in the unemployment line! I won't be back until THIS crew is GONE!!“
