“The food alway good but the service now not .when you go in there like they don't even pay attention if you there or come up get your order most time I see people having use the things inside to order there food .I guess short staffed the one on 72 used not be like that used to be fast the worker nice an friendly .most what I see at night I deliver food .the guy on night shift Manager was having run drive threw help cook an do front . He was doing his best other slow .don't know what went with this place .one on jefferson st it's OK“
“This whole new ordering system is a joke, the employees don't even bother to come check the counter from time to time, had a line but wasn't slammed. I'm guessing this employee was a opener, they were packing up their stuff getting ready to clock all, so the while texting and chatting with other employees, didn't even bother to check on the mini crowd that's forming. Keys a lotion bottle on what seemed to be a prep table. There was Employees arguing about who took the others chalupa shells, attitudes from other Employees were on display, I get that things get hectic but you have to keep a poker face especially when there's no barrier from the front to the kitchen. One employee got so stressed to the point they walked out mid fixing orders just to have a moment. Another worker getting ill at the others terrible attitudes they're going off trying to get them in order. Dropping a few curse words here and there. Hair nets seem to be option , drink station looked terrible.“
