“3 times now I've been to KFC in Attalla Al. while in the drive thru, I've witnessed the most kind hearted actions from the managers and the staff without them even noticing, I was paying attention to the way they were speaking so nicely to others, the food was even better after I witnessed such a sweetness to the community. Thank you to all the managers and employees who made such an example to others.“

“biscuits aren't any good, the chicken is over cooked, smells from the exhaust fan on roof stink up the parking lot. after this review the owner reached out to me . he asked questions, and genuinely cares about what people think. he let me know they have other specialty items on the menu. we tried there street tacos, they were delicious. my mind and opinion of this place are forever changed. if you have a chance you should give them a chance for your business“

“Food was okay. Very helpful staff clean bathrooms. I gave four stars for the food because the fries were not hot. I got the honey pimento spicy chicken sandwich and they were skimpy on the honey pimento cheese. They did give me an extra side of it so that made up for it. I shouldn't have to request something that should already be standard on the sandwich. Other Chick-fil-A locations we go to locally where we live have not had the same result.

Parking: There's a decent amount of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs for toddlers.

“We used to go here all the time. The food is great, all of it. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms, well-staffed/ well-trained staff, and well-maintained. The freshly brewed tea is some of the best around. (That seems odd to say in the heart of the South, but true. It's hard to find good brewed tea anymore.) We stopped going here because of the recent addition of a forcing a tip when paying with plastic. Mind that there are no “servers” on staff here. No one makes $1.66 an hour, thus does not deserve a tip.

Chicken Salad Chick, pay your staff a living wage, and don't force that responsibility onto your customers. Also, stop following the horrific trend of “tip culture” that is currently shoved down everyone's throat. We love your food and will pay with cash to avoid the tipping question.“
