“3 times now I've been to KFC in Attalla Al. while in the drive thru, I've witnessed the most kind hearted actions from the managers and the staff without them even noticing, I was paying attention to the way they were speaking so nicely to others, the food was even better after I witnessed such a sweetness to the community. Since new owners have taken over a while back it seems to get better every day. Everyone is super nice, happy and taking care of business. Three of us stopped in for some Crispy Crunchy..I had the three strip meal w/fries and biscuit, one had the pork chop (Massive!) and one had couple pieces of chicken 'n biscuit. Food was Hot, served Fast and we were on our way! I live close so it's really convenient.. And I'm really Happy to have a Snow Ball stand that's awesome right here too! Great job guys! (save some $s with Fuel Rewards at Shell)“

“Food was okay. Very helpful staff clean bathrooms. I gave four stars for the food because the fries were not hot. I got the honey pimento spicy chicken sandwich and they were skimpy on the honey pimento cheese. They did give me an extra side of it so that made up for it. I shouldn't have to request something that should already be standard on the sandwich. Other Chick-fil-A locations we go to locally where we live have not had the same result.

Parking: There's a decent amount of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs for toddlers.

“Grilled chicken box is so delicious... It's always good to have the grilled option and theirs are hard to beat!! But today when I went through there, the girl working the drive through was literally laughing at me in my face. If your gonna laugh/make fun of someone at least close the window!!!!“
