“My wife and I drive to this location because we like it. We have had good service at this location. We can’t speak to any of the other complaints I have read. We enjoy sitting and chatting while we are there. The reason for the 4’s is that today we drove there and for the second time in a few weeks (at least that we know of) the inside was closed. This is for us a little frustrating in that it is several miles to this location. We did drive through and get an order and parked. While we did that we saw several people go to the door, read the sign, then leave without an order. I understand that it’s hard to find good help these days but you’re really missing some customers with this problem. As for us we will call before our next try to be sure the dining room is open. Anyone reading this might consider the same if wanting to sit inside.“

I got the Harvest Moon iced coffee and is was absolutely delicious my husband got an iced cappuccino and he said it was the best he had ever had. “The very best coffee in the area and even beyond! The brown sugar cinnamon latte is my go to, but everything I have tried has been amazing! The staff are so kind, welcoming, and even help with recommendations. All of their flavors (except white mocha and mocha) are made in house, and not super sweet you don't even taste the flavor it is meant to be. Almost all of the food items are made there as well! The bacon cheddar scone will knock your socks off it's so good. But really I haven't had anything I didn't enjoy!! The staff really deserves more than 10 stars because I've never been treated as well as they do..... anywhere....“

“Located inside books a million this coffee shop has plenty of seating plus ports to charge phones and USB ports. One person working the register as well as making coffee. 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. The white chocolate caramel latte as well as the pecan pie latte were pretty good.“

“I stop coming to this location because of the rude management and lack of customer service and I just so happen to go there with a friend recently and I must say I see a complete turnaround at this location. Staff is wonderful I see why the lines are long much better quality in the food and drinks with customer service I do see myself returning as regular customer again big thank you to the staff and new gm“

“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“

“Nobody came to the register to take our order so we needed up having to use the kiosk. After waiting 20 mins for our food (we were the only ones waiting inside) my husband went up and asked about our food. The staff said she put it together a few mins ago and the phone rang and she forgot about it. Good thing I told my husband to go check. When you’re on a road trip you’re trying to be quick. That’s why it’s called fast food. This location was anything but fast. We’ll stop at another location next time.“
