Was having a pretty complicated issue paying with gift cards on the app at Attalla Sonic and the manager tonight (I didn’t catch her name. 5/7) was super super helpful and found a solution for me!! Great customer service. Food was great as well. 💙😊
Ordered blasts with no whipped cream and both came out with whipped cream. This was after they came out to say they’d burned the cheese sticks and were cooking some more. Then they wanted to prepare new blasts without whipped cream but the new cheese sticks would have gotten cold while waiting. You can’t ever get a correct order at this Sonic.
