“I'm on a business trip thru Alabama. Although I lived in Dothan for four years and travel thru Alabama all the time - I never visited Auburn. What an awesome place. Decided on drinks and dinner at MM. Met Adam aka The Big Guy and some great locals. I had the pleasure of having Ivey take care of me at the bar. I got some wings to go (promised the wife we would get pizza when i got home). Very Good Wings!! Ivey provided five star service with drinks, orders, and casual conversation which puts her in the Super Cool Chick category. This MM has been here 30 years and they know how to take care of there Customers!! Come check out downtown Auburn and MM!!“

“We have a family tradition that everywhere we camp, the first day, we go to a local pizza place. This was our spot today, and let me tell you what....this was a great idea! We always compare every pizza place to our small-town pizza back home and none of them were even close, and in comes this place! It is so good!!!! The pizza was great, the garlic cheese bread was OUTSTANDING, and to finish it off the wings where INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!. The wings had a hint of curry....wow, we ordered a 5 piece and ended up getting a second order! The guy was great, and the place was super clean! We found the competition to our small-town pizza.“

“Generally yummy tasting pizza that is mostly on time. Always do pickup so I don't know what delivery experience is like. Service inside is not always super attentive or cordial. Could use some work in that regard. I keep coming back though so it's not that big of a turnoff.“

Wow! This is the worst experience I have ever had in any type of business.

We ordered at 6:07pm with a delivery time of 6:47PM everything seemed like normal where I was getting the emails that it had been baking at 6:26pm… then nothing for over an hour. I started calling at 7:23 and was hung up on 4 times and didn’t get to talk to anyone until 7:42. When I did I immediately asked for a manager that my food was over an hour late and I was hung up on 4 times. The one the phone said “we don’t hang up on people”, then I got to the manager and he was SUPER RUDE, and gave NO remorse at all and all he had to say was he tried to change the time but I got no phone call that it was going to be late and with 3 kids getting food over 2 hours after I ordered is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention I told him “the manager” my husband was on his way up and I expected a refund of some sort since I paid for delivery and all he said was “ok” and I even said are you not going to apologize or anything.

Fast forward to my husband getting there, the older gentleman (45 and bald) hung up the phone 3 times while he was standing there and then the “manager” I think it was Mike all he said was he “discounted” my order but yet I haven’t seen it. We order pizza from Marcos probably once a week and this was so bad. It was about a $74 dollar order.“
