“I have no idea how this has a 4.2 star rating. This is the best pizza in Phenix city hands down some of the best pizza I’ve had and I lived in NY in the early 2000’s! Check it out very reasonable prices and good pizza. The Philly is also great.“
“Gotta stay I’ve been coming here since 2014 and it’s still by far THE BEST!! I love the management and the staff…for the most part. Other then that clean store friendly employees and all around excellent customer service!! Keep it up guys!!“
“Pizza was good, but seemed to be missing some sauce on it. Ordered a pizza with "the meats". Loaded with meats on a thin crust, but not enough sauce. Called my order in as I was driving to their location. Courteous service after 9pm. Expect to be buzzed in at the door. Park in the huge parking lots a few feet away from the entrance. Well lit at night. Four stars were given for missing sauce. I would still recommend their restaurant if you want a quick pizza.“
“Got the meat lovers pizza and I have to give credit where credit is due. It was very good. I hadn't tried pizza hut in years bc I was so disappointed the last time at another location but I received great customer service and delicious pizza. Great job!“
“Marco's food is delicious. But tonight the experience I had make me not want to go back. There were over 8 people working but half of them were sitting doing talking to Wendy's workers in the dinning room and just walking around doing nothing. I waited and the drive thur for 15 mins waiting on someone to come to the window. Then I blew my horn. Everyone kept doing what they were doing. I finally went inside and ask for a manager and when he finally came he just look at me and said ok. No apology or nothing. That was very rude. If this is how they will be conducting business at this store then I will never come back. No good customer service at all tonight.3462 Crosswinds DrPhenix City, AL“

GREEEEAT SERVICE GREAT JOB! Wonderful LEADERSHIP! thanks again from Dominique and Alex!“
“Pizza was great and hot. Website wouldn't let me order so I called it in. I was told to come use the code in person only to get there and the same guy told me they couldn't do that. Went ahead and paid for everything but I wouldn't have gotten some things without the code offer.Vegetarian options: Can get a veggie pizzaDietary restrictions: Customize your own pizzaKid-friendliness: Kids love pizza“
“Finally, after years of complaining, they stopped using their spicy hot pepperoni and pizza sauce. It was so hot even my youngest son was even complaining about how spicy it was. Tried it again the other day after two years and it tasted great! The pizza portal machine they have is awesome too. I just order through the app, put the code in the machine and pull my pizza out and I'm done! No waiting in line! It's perfect!“
“I understand they get busy and people don't want to work, but they always worth the wait. They make amazing pizzas and they do it right the first time. I normally just order for pick-up, doesn't take too long and I can grab it on the way home. Oh, of you have not tired their pasta or sandwiches, do it!“
“I spent 46$ here without the tip for just my son and I. I didn’t see kid meals/options on the menu so I asked and was told they have a cheese pizza, and a few limited other options. My son loves pizza but he loves toppings and the lady said they can do a pepperoni pizza, I said that’ll be great. I was charged extra for the pepperoni (which I was not instructed of). But before ordering our entrees, I ordered the garlic knots which were about 7$ and it was labeled as an appetizer, so I assumed I would be able to snack on them with my 2 year old as we wait. I got chicken Alfredo and about 20-30 mins I was wondering where the appetizer was but within a few seconds of that thought, it came with the rest of our food. I was disappointed because at that point I didn’t need the knots as my chicken Alfredo also came with the breads too. I asked if the chicken Alfredo was a big portion since it alone was 22$ and the lady insisted it was, and I would be able to split it into 2 but I honestly feel, that wasn’t the case, and paying 22$ for a single entree is ridiculous when it’s something so simple such as chicken Alfredo. My son’s pizza was about 11$ too. Drinks were 3$ a piece. They do offer military discount but that’s 7% unlike the minimum 10% we normally get. They offered for me to pay in cash for a cheaper transaction that would’ve made my bill less than 2$ cheaper. I felt we could’ve been checked on just a tad bit more and as I stated it was our first time there, she could’ve suggested some options especially with the menus having no pictures of things to grasp a child’s eye to eat.“
