“This place is a hidden gem in Pleasant Grove. 15-20 minutes from Birmingham and with the drive. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. The food is very fresh and delicious, you can tell there's a lot of love put into it. There are American choices for the less adventurous eaters and children's menu, also vegetarian options! My personal favorites are the falafel plate, Greek salad, tahini sauce, hummus and baklava. All homemade! Go try it, you won't be disappointed!“

“Great breakfast buffet that was very expensive but convenient if you are staying in the hotel. Everything was fresh and they had someone at a station making omelets and would bring it to your table if you didn’t want to wait for them to prepare it. Overall the breakfast buffet was good.

The staff was very friendly. We even came here at the end of our day for desert and enjoyed the restaurant that had a modern look and was quiet and relaxing.“

“I ordered Baba Ghanouj as an appetizer with the Lamb Kabob for takeout. The lamb was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The food was packaged with care. I was pleasantly surprised that besides the excellent salad, I also had fruits as sides in my container. I am so happy to have such a delicious and balanced meal for dinner. “We're not huge fans of Greek food, but we tried Tasty Town, mainly for convenience. We had planned a very packed day of sight-seeing in Birmingham on a Saturday. It seemed that hardly any eatery would be open and there wasn't time allowance to drive out of the downtown area, without being late for the next activity. Thus, we settled on a mid-afternoon lunch/dinner at Tasty Town. Honestly, both of us thought it was better than we had anticipated and the service and location were top notch. Thanks, Tasty Town! Sunday I took my Mother and Sisters here for Dinner after Church, and they were very Impressed. The Food was Delicious “As always”and the Service was Impeccable. “I love wings plus. Out of all of the Wings joints I've been to Wings Plus in Bluff Park tops them all. I have never had anything less than freshly made delicious food and I don't just order wings. The place is always neat. I know restaurants were hit hard by the pandemic and have a hard time finding people to work. I've never been treated anything less than respectful and kind.
