I ordered beef fried rice and chicken wings. Fried rice is normal, and chicken wing was awful because it has spoiled smells on 2 pieces of wing out of 10 pieces. I told the owner about spoiled wings, he reaction was priceless. He said "ohhhhhh". And doing nothing. I wouldn't come back here again.

I usually spend allot of money at this location but I will not waste another penny there after closing early. Time said that they close at 9 but I so happen to make it there at 8:45 and the guy said that they were closed which that bothered me because I spend hundreds of dollars at this place in a month and beside that they weren’t even busy and you mean to tell me that you can’t take care of a LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!! It bothers me. And on that note I’ll take my dollar on to the next best; pretty sure they are loving my business and they close at 10 but don’t close until they clear their line. People are lazy and don’t want to work today. I might as well start cooking at home and sell plates myself!!!! I am really bothered by it; because I am loyal to who I do business with.I mean I’m in line for 5 mins then you come and say some you closed at 8:45pm instead of 9¿ I would have preferred for him to say that he was out of food. Because that crushed me. And I love this location food.But I plan to refer my family and friends to a location where they value there loyal customers more. Because this location has gone from 5 star to No Star but I’m not as heartless so I still given them a 3 star.Though I never mentioned but I’m mentioning now that my lemonade had a baby roach in it one time and I never even broadcasted it because I felt as if they will fix that issue so I gotten a sprite instead and it was flatter than a sheet of paper. Must be expired bibs

My colleagues and I placed a delivery order and my wings are SO tiny! I can’t believe they actually fried this and gave it to a customer. I’ve tried to call but they NEVER answer the phone.

Over the past year the food prices have sky rocketed due to inflation and that’s fair. However, this particular American Deli has cut back and appears to be order there wings from another company. The wings are so small and not worth the money. Food quantity and quality not matching the prices. Manager doesn’t think the public can catch on to his antics. I know times are hard but dont rob people of their money and not be fair with the food. That’s selfish.

I have been here before. Maybe there is new management or new staff(cooks). I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED and angry, and hingry. I was at work when we took orders and went and waited in line. Sitting at my desk waiting for this. And they are charging $14.99 for this! How!? Inflation is high but is unacceptable. I will not go back. My Philly cooked at home looks better than this mess.
