Burger King in Birmingham

“I made the order in drive thru.. I went in to use the restroom.. I was very pleased with service from the 4 young women . The cashier, the cook , the trainee and the manager on.duty .. and the Restaurant was completely clean esp the restroom“

“I had to post a review on this one if I could give 100 stars I would!!! The breakfast staff this morning was beyond excellent I had a very difficult order I must of changed 5 times at least not one negative gesture attitude nothing but positive remarks from them telling me take my time no rush they understood etc etc. This is how I used to remember fast food when I was a child and I thought it had disappeared the food was fantastic as well!! Thank y’all so much for the positive experience and I recommend this location to anyone who want’s quality fast food and great service!“

“Every one was very nice greeted me when I came in.The young lady took my order she was awesome with my order she informed me that it would be a few minutes because it was freshly cooked. The cook even came in informed me that he had just dropped my chicken. 👍 up to the crew last night I will visit again.“

“The food was great the service was great but there was a employee sitting there playing loud explicit music while they were working I think he was off and waiting on a ride but he had loud rap music playing with explicit lyrics and didn't care that there were customers in the building even older customers I think that was a very poor decision for management I was shocked and disappointed that they would allow something like that to be going on“

“Since 3 year ago I've always had a problem with them I'll I ask for is no ketchup and I get just that ketchup so I stop going to ALL of them but lately this month it has been hot CORRECT and fresh the last 3 times I've been there.“

“Beautiful staff led by Miss Keisha all around great experience. The dining room is top-tier and the word clean is a for sure understatement. If you ever want to skip the hustle and bustle of the “waiting in line” come to the university Burger King and you too can have the same experience as me!“

“Today 12/31/2025 purchased a whopper jr and small coke, asked for ketcup, they don't have any, asked the cashier if they could add some ketcup from the back and they put ketcup over the entire sandwich and refused to give me a refund. I will never spend another dollar at Burger King. The cashier stands laughing and another lady tells me that they can make another sandwich and I said no thank you. Rude and unacceptable behavior.
