“Ordered 2 meals for breakfast and a 2 for 5. Food was delayed approximately 10 min off of the drive thru. When order was received I got my hasbrowns in a terrible way. The look like something that was defrosted and attempted to be saved. They where balled up and comming apart. But everything else was OK. Burger King standards.“

“I had stopped eating BK for last few years because every time I did the buns was stale and burger tasted like it had been setting around for a hour or two. This particular BK was actually really good. Buns was fresh, burger seemed to have been made as I ordered and fries was really fresh.“

“Big improvement! We had stopped going to this location awhile back due to bad food, worse service and inconsistent hours of operation. You could literally pull into the parking lot and see half of the staff sitting in their cars smoking and hanging out with their headsets on at any given time. I kid you not one time I stopped there to get my wife some food and they had closed the restaurant mid-day to run errands, and I know they were running errands cause I have a video of the employee( I’m assuming manager at that time) pushing a buggy filled with toys and household items to their car from the dollar general up the street. It seems that now they’re doing a lot better. They food was hot and fresh, well packaged and customer service was great! Please keep up the good work!“

“We went to the university location and they locked the doors and would not serve us. Thank you 6th ave location and we appreciate your service. Our lunch was great. I’m glad you were open!

“I came from out of town, stopped in at 8:30 pm. We went through the drive through the line was moving swiftly. I was told to pull over so they could make HOT 🍟 Fries. Of course, I waited for hot fries. Got to my room the fries were stopped pipping hot and my double whopper with cheese was delicious. I will definitely go back before I leave Alabama.“

“Building needs renovations. I've been going to this location for 10+ years. It's an great anchor of nostalgia for drive through diner cafe. This could and should be renovated and kept up. It's a prime location, and warrant's quality attention. The staff try there best to give you quality service.“

“I have been to many places, but today here in drive-through, I met 2 wonderful ladies, they are so friendly with my son(3 and half). They are so welcoming. Food is good. I would definitely prefer to visit this branch.

Kid-friendliness: They are soo good with my son. And he felt really happy.“

“Wow wow wow big turn around at this location today September 26th 2024 I walk in around 11:20am to be honest I’m veryyyy picky about food and employees sanitation I want I want every restaurant to follow all health department rules and regulations

I’m very happy to see all this standards are been follow at this location

Facility looks clean inside and outside

Employees very nice and very polite

Food preparation clean area, employees wearing a gloves, following again all the rules from the health department

Food warm and right measurements right portion

And the more impressed me employees don’t carry or be on the phone that’s AMAZING!!

I hope many restaurants look into this Burger King at the university Blvd cross street from the hospital“

If you can't order online, at least ensure the screens work, one was completely out and the other kept giving guests an error“
