I just don't understand why it takes so long to get order when it's no one in front of you & there is 3 employees when you pay🤔
I had a mobile order and they were out of what I ordered. They were all so nice quickly made me something else and apologized. They definitely handled the situation well! ☺️
Every one was very nice greeted me when I came in.The young lady took my order she was awesome with my order she informed me that it would be a few minutes because it was freshly cooked. The cook even came in informed me that he had just dropped my chicken. 👍 up to the crew last night I will visit again.

Burger King has made significant improvements, with hot and fresh food, well-packaged, and great customer service. The manager, Joycelyn Clark, goes above and beyond, making the visit amazing with delicious, perfectly made meals. Despite a minor issue with a small piece of bacon in a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, the food is overall fresh and very good. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially under the management of Ms. Joycelyn, who ensures a top-notch experience. With a welcoming atmosphere and improved food quality, Burger King is highly recommended for a satisfying dining experience.
