This was yesterday 5.4.24 . It was a Saturday. I have never seen it this bad. I waited20 minutes for hot dogs and another 15 for a pretzel. The young worker did her best and kept smiling. That's why I notice her.“

“Had the California Cobb with chipotle chicken, and my wife had the same with grilled chicken. Requested spring mix instead of arugula (not a fan of the spicy bite), but our salads came out with arugula anyway. Looks like the staff missed the order notes and just saw “California Cobb.” When we brought it up, the team replaced our salads with no hesitation and delivered them to our table with sincere apologies. Great service recovery! That said, the corrected salads were noticeably smaller and seemed rushed—maybe frustration in the kitchen? Still, they tasted fantastic. My daughter’s brownie was absolutely decadent—melt-in-your-mouth good. Overall, a good experience and we’ll definitely eat here again. Would be 5 stars if the replacement salads had matched the care of the originals. Highly recommend.“

It seems like a small thing but it was so kind and meant a lot to me. Of course, the food at Edgar’s is always great, but I experienced customer service that went the extra mile, and that’ll be the reason I choose Edgar’s the next time I need a special order.
