Finally an actual place to get a variety of chicken salad! All of them are so wonderful but if I had to choose the Fruity Fran is my favorite 🤩 They also have a delicious Pimento and Cheese! I will continue to eat there with joy! Highly recommend

I recently ordered takeout from Chicken Salad Chick in Trussville, and it was a fantastic experience. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, making for a perfect meal.

My partner and I both got the potato soup, which was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I also ordered the broccoli salad, which was fresh and had just the right balance of crunch and seasoning. Each of our plates came with a cookie, which was a nice sweet treat to finish off the meal.

Good food for when you have a light appetite. The prices have gone up a lot, but it's been years since I visited, so that's probably true everywhere. Only complaint was that the lady that served us was not well trained - I can sympathize with that, but she kept making strange excuses and trying to shift the blame to her supervisor- who seemed to me to be doing the best she could.
I can't say much about the atmosphere... Clean, but nothing fancy... Fast-food...
