The ice cream is delicious. Horrible customer service. They had AirPods in while trying to take peoples orders. This usually isn’t a problem but they kept asking me to repeat my order. Then they don’t even know how to make their own ice cream mixtures. Rather just go to another ice cream shop then deal with this incompetence
So I haven’t had the ice cream yet but my first time in there and everyone was so sweet and helpful! We ended up leaving with the most delicious cookies and will be back for ice cream! It is very important to me to go into a place where people are nice and kind!
