Wonderful experience! This is a family-owned, boutique-style bistro, where the owners are directly involved in every detail and experience of their business. We walked up right at closing time and we were reading the menu and hours on the door. The owner opened the door and offered to serve us, 5 of us. The churros were amazing and the service was exceptional. I’m only in Birmingham every few weeks- but will be stopping by each time for a treat! Thank you going out of your way to let us try your amazing churros!
I'm so glad to finally try them. I've not been able to catch their pop ups, so super excited about their brick & mortar. I ordered one regular, a Nutella stuffed and Bavarian creme stuffed. I ate the Nutella straight away. It was so good and the Nutella was a perfect compliment to the soft and chewy churro. This place is a must try. 10/10
