Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Placed online order for pickup, sent co worker to pick up and they didn't send the whole order. I work in the service industry and find it un acceptable when you can't get someone's order right. You have one job and that is to get the order right. Unfortunately today's workforce is lazy and just wants a paycheck for showing up.

Clearly the people working there can't read the completely gave me the wrong order maybe they need to stick to sweeping floors or something not making blizzards cause they are not smart enough for that

Drive through took 35 mins to get 4 cars through. For ice cream. Last time took 23 mins with 3 cars. This place used to be pretty solid but don’t waste your time anymore. Also you can’t get out of the drive thru once you get in so def go to sonic or somewhere else.

This is a good location. The employees were friendly and attentive. They were also happy and having a good time, which always improves any atmosphere. The hamburger my daughter was craving was delicious, the fries were on point and the caramel sundae was extra yummy and real caramel. We'll be going again and again!

I have been to this dairy queen several times and never once have i received what I ordered. I get a royal choco brownie blizzard extreme and have NEVER once had fudge in it, and this time NOT EVEN BROWNIE! It’s in the damn name??? One time I went here and ordered that, and got a drink that was white AND fudge less. When I asked why there was neither fudge nor chocolate in it, the person working said that it had melted and I was wrong. Correct me if I AM wrong, but melted chocolate isn’t quite white is it? Okay that’s all, just know I remain peeved.

Dairy Queen has only disappointed me once. That was when the Blitzburger vanished. Miss that burger. Anyway. Good place to eat

Come 4 times in the last 6 months, and every time the service is horrible, the staff is short with me, I end up waiting a very long time and the order is wrong

Ordered a mobile order, dilly bar was smashed and melted when handed to me to the point the cashier even made a comment. Cookie dough blizzard had 1 piece of cookie dough in it. Worthless excuse for a Dairy Queen.
