So I knew of the distillery, what I didn't know was they are also a cool bar and restaurant until I was on a lunch time walk and stumbled upon it. The next day while biking, we stopped in. The IPA they brew is excellent..I recommend the Beer and a shot. Your choice of their crafted beers, and the bartended creates the shot. We had the hummus and truffle fries which were both excellent companions to the drinks. The atmosphere is awesome and we will be back, better...
This is not a typical distillery! So much more. The atmosphere, the spirits and most importantly, the employees! Our tour guide Suzanne was so knowledgeable and interesting and fun! The tasting too is amazing. And before the tour we had drinks and Jaeden our server was delightful!!! We will definitely go back soon.
This was the most great experience we could have had in Birmingham Al. Our serve, Jaeden, was extremely special. Look for Keese for any questions you have about the distillery and their amazing drinks. And you have to order a MVP and the truffle fries!
