Highly recommended it was wonderful. We always make sure we stop by when we pass. One of my favorite restaurants!!
I made a trip of 20 miles just to get family loaded baker potatoes and my lick they were out and wait time was 30 mins. Well I waited and when they were ready a young lady came out and let me know. Can’t complain about service. And Im glad I waited, it was worth it. Even though I forgot my sons corn on cob he forgave me.
Jeff Lewis at Full moon in Trussville was awesome. I called to get information about placing a order for next day pick up he gave me all the information I needed, I had to call back to place the order and he answered very kindly and on the second ring . I'm very impressed with his Knowledge and suggestion of what to order. He was so professional. I will not be pick up my food until tomorrow but if the food is as good as his service I will definitely be back.

The Full Moon Bar-B-Que in downtown Birmingham is a popular destination for BBQ enthusiasts. The Smoked Turkey sandwich with Chow Chow and BBQ sauce is a customer favorite, served in generous portions. The cozy atmosphere is adorned with historical photos, including ones dedicated to Alabama Football. The food is great, including the turkey sandwich, fries, and carrot cake. The meat portions are very generous. Delicious pulled pork with vinegary slaw and yummy barbecue beans. The chow chow adds just the right zing. The BBQ sauce is delicious, and the pork was plenty moist. The half pound burger was a thing of beauty, thick and super juicy. Customers also enjoyed the Half Moon cookies. This establishment offers a true taste of Alabama BBQ that is not to be missed.
