Went here yesterday and had some of the best catfish I’ve had in a long time. It was definitely close to my mama’s catfish. It was a tad bit salty but that’s just personal preference. My palette is very sensitive to salt so I may ask for them not to sprinkle whatever the season is on top of it when I go back but I’m definitely going back.

10/10 hands down. Food was excellent. I ordered the voodoo wings, whiting fish, & cajun chicken pasta. Definitely will be back and I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!!!!!
Encore Rouge is a casual restaurant where guests order at the counter and seat themselves. The menu features delicious dishes like cajun rockefeller chicken, shrimp alfredo, and 12 piece wings with mild lemon pepper. The peach strawberry lemonade and crown apple caramel daiquiri are highly recommended. The owner and his staff provide excellent customer service, making guests feel valued. While some dishes may have minor issues, the chef ensures that customers are satisfied. The trio pasta is flavorful with plenty of meats. The catfish Alfredo is also a must-try. The oysters and shrimp and grits are highly anticipated for Sunday Brunch. This restaurant is a must-visit for those who enjoy Cajun food and gourmet street food, offering a delightful dining experience at reasonable prices.
