A friend and I enjoyed a wonderful pre-Pandemic dining experience at Grille 29. The food was exceptional, and the service was totally on point :-) We started our meal with the hot crab dip appetizer. This dish is beautifully presented and served over crostini; it was without question the best version of this dish I've had in years! For our entrees we shared the ahi tuna and a filet mignon; both dishes were cooked perfectly, and the steak was so tender it almost melted in our mouths....read full review
The food was amazing!! Scallop and bacon relish appetizer, bacon wrapped filet and crab cakes to die for! We had a snafu with the kitchen/service time but the management was super friendly and made everything 100! Will definitely return for the food!
This restaurant shares great memories of birthdays and anniversaries. I hope Grille 29 comes back and be as vibrant and more since other restaurants are closed. With great parking and outdoor dining these features will be great assets to Birmingham entertainment.
