Decided to take a last minute trip to Birmingham this weekend and wanted to try this place. Can’t recommend them enough! The customer service was phenomenal and automatically makes you want to go back. And to top it off, the cookies were so fresh and warm. Absolutely a place I will be visiting. Your day time employees deserve a raise! 😜

Ordered at 9:30 PM on DoorDash. At 11:00 called DoorDash, DoorDash called them because they deliver themselves. Said cookies were on the way 12:00 AM no cookies and called DoorDash only to find out they won’t be coming. Store never told us anything and showed order complete. Lied to DoorDash and said they delivered to wrong address. Long story short don’t anticipate getting your order if you order for delivery they aren’t capable of delivering any type of good customer...read full review
