Rude, and slow. Wait times are too long, and employees serve you based on how loud and frequently you complain instead of how long you've been there. Also helps if you're POC. They're the only ones who seemed to have gotten out in less than 20 minutes consistently.
Decided to take a last minute trip to Birmingham this weekend and wanted to try this place. Can’t recommend them enough! The customer service was phenomenal and automatically makes you want to go back. And to top it off, the cookies were so fresh and warm. Absolutely a place I will be visiting. Your day time employees deserve a raise! 😜
