KFC in Birmingham

“I came in for the Peace and quiet and spend some Jesus time.
Then a older man came in complaining about something and upset. Turns out that he just wanted to fuss about really Lord knows what?
He seemed confused and the manager was kind and trying to replace his order from before? But again he just wanted to fuss..
I went over and gently tried to help, but he just kinda fused a little more and left.. LOL
I see God placed me here this morning to pay...
Management here is totally awesome. Good is so good..( I'm picky about chicken ) This will be my spot from time to time..

“Shout out to the crew working tonight. Restaurant was cleaned, food hot and fresh. Best thing was the staff. Ordered my meal, and instead of leaving we ate in. Chris came out and made sure I had plates, napkins, everything. He did not wait for us to come back and ask for stuff. Awesome staff will be back!!“

“I love the KFC chicken sandwich I got the spicy sandwich and it was delicious I would choose their sandwich over McDonald’s and Popeyes chicken sandwich anytime . I so don’t believe in posting food photos if I’m enjoying my meal the comments speaks for themselves.“

“I walked inside to order. Employee very impolitely told me I can not eat inside. I went thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. I asked for 2 KFC sauces. I was given 2 of the most disgusting sauces that had grungy, dirty sauces in my life. The employee had to have noticed and have them to me despite how nasty they were. I'll never go back !!!“

“My pregnant wife and myself, went to KFC and James waited on us. He was extremely attentive, courteous and just a pleasure to be around. He helped the new girl at the front counter with our order, made a few jokes and had it cooked and bagged in no time. I strongly suggest going here if you are looking for amazing services and great food. Thank you James!“
