The food, as always was delicious. I do have concerns regarding the employees following mask and sanitation policies as I saw the manager on duty and the person operating the drive thru not properly wearing masks(they had them on, but were basically wearing them as chin warmers), and whom I presume to be one of the cooks without a mask on at all.

Went 2 kfc in hueytown al after grocery shopping at public didn't fill like cooking went through drive through was going order x2 chicken sandwichs was told they were out of chicken soup of course I'm tripping a chicken restaurant with no chicken wowww rt so I got the the manger name called back next day ended up talking 2 owner n she made it rt gave me 2meals on her!!!
KFC is a restaurant with mixed experiences. While some visitors appreciate the helpful staff, others have had negative encounters. The dining room is sometimes closed, and the employees' attitudes can be poor. Food availability can also be inconsistent, with some customers arriving to find the restaurant out of everything. However, the staff can be patient and kind, and the food may be satisfactory.
