KFC offers crispy and fresh chicken with light and fluffy biscuits. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to assist customers, even offering to help carry orders to the car. The service is excellent, with employees maintaining a positive attitude and engaging in light conversation. The cleanliness of the restaurant varies, with some customers noting trash in the parking lot and a need for a thorough cleaning inside. However, the exceptional customer service and fresh food make up for any shortcomings. The manager, Toni, stands out for her exceptional service and quick order fulfillment. Overall, this KFC location leaves a lasting impression on customers, with many eager to return for the fresh food and excellent service.
