Magnolia Point is a clean and semi-chic restaurant with a warm ambiance, thanks to its natural light, warm cream-colored ceiling, and original brick walls. The dining terrace is a lovely spot, shielded from the streets and equipped with a large screen TV, plants, and colorful umbrellas. The restaurant's decor is tempered with warm elements. The service is consistently friendly, attentive, and competent, and the prices are very reasonable. The food was delicious, with options including the Peel 'N Eat shrimp, seafood gumbo, shrimp poboy, and Grilled Grouper sandwich. The lemon pepper wet wings were really good, and the Seascape and Magnolia’s Point drinks were delicious. The shrimp and grits and fried oyster platter were also enjoyed. The reclaimed Magnolia wood bar is something to see. Magnolia Point provides a pleasant dining experience with superior service, and is a great place to take kids.
