BEWARE: Predatory business practices: Booked a room the last weekend of September for October 5-6. Child, who was supposed to play in a softball tournament that weekend, ended up hurting knee. Had to go to the ER and ortho the next day. Canceled the room on the 1st. Called 1-800 number on Thursday and was told I would get a refund and if not refunded by that Friday, call back. I work for The Dinner Detective and this venue hosts us 2-4 times a month. I cannot brag on the staff enough! From Todd at the door knowing each one of us and doing anything he can to help, to the front desk staff willing to print things for us or locate someone if we need them, to Bill always smiling and being friendly.
