Mezon is easily one of my fav food trucks in town! Their burritos are my fav, they're always hot and stuffed with ingredients. The guac is also bomb and I'm not even much of an avocado fan. I like that it's not super lumpy or filled with onions. The queso is my fav! Drizzle it over your burrito and you won't regret it.
I was in Birmingham for a music festival and after the last act the Uber prices were insanely priced. I started walking back towards my hotel to get away from the hot spot when I came across this food truck. The pricing was so great compared to everything else in the city, I was a little worried the food would be bad. The tacos I ordered were so good, and authentic. Hung out at Mayawell bar this past Tuesday, and this food truck was nearby. Ordered the loaded fries. The fries could have been cooked longer, very soft and fell apart. However, the meat was seasoned just right along with the other tasty toppings. Would try them again to check out the other items on the menu.
