Hung out at Mayawell bar this past Tuesday, and this food truck was nearby. Ordered the loaded fries. The fries could have been cooked longer, very soft and fell apart. However, the meat was seasoned just right along with the other tasty toppings. Would try them again to check out the other items on the menu.
I was in Birmingham for a music festival and after the last act the Uber prices were insanely priced. I started walking back towards my hotel to get away from the hot spot when I came across this food truck. The pricing was so great compared to everything else in the city, I was a little worried the food would be bad. The tacos I ordered were so good, and authentic. If you like gringo tacos, you probably will not be a fan, but authentic street tacos with nothing but onion, sauce...
I've said it before I'll say it again, best tacos in town. Tonight marks the third or fourth time in the last couple months that these tacos have saved our night! Stop into Mayawell and get the house margarita too, you won't regret
