Went here for breakfast and enjoyed it very much. We had the Pepe Le French Toast and the Biscuits n' Gravy. The French Toast was great with sausage and bacon. There wasn't too much cream cheese between the French Toast but enough so that syrup really isn't needed. The biscuits n' gravy were good but the gravy was somewhat bland. Great breakfast! If you don't get there early it appeared to get crowded quick. Think they were short-staffed the day we were there, but we really didn't wait long for our food and never felt neglected by our waitress, they were hustling! We'd definitely recommend and if we're ever back in Birmingham we'll eat here again.

They really do need more help. To wait for 30 minutes to get a seat and another 30 minutes to get food is pretty long. Otherwise they are very friendly and they are trying their best to put out the food as soon as they can. Eggs and bacon was great but the grits were watery and kind of off putting with the purple color.
