I went to Pablo's with a friend last week and had an amazing time! Despite how busy it was, the waiters were very diligent about getting our orders and checking up on us. The food came out much faster than expected and was absolutely delicious. I ordered an enchilada plate, and while the entrees tend to be more on the expensive side, the amount of food that you're given makes it completely worth it. The environment was lively and exciting and the waiters were super friendly. I noticed how they were orderly and cleanly about getting tables wiped down before new customers arrived, and there was relatively decent space between tables if customers are worried about sitting in too close quarters with other diners. As for sustainability, everything was reusable and there wasn't anything obvious to me that could've been improved. Overall, I had a wonderful time and I would love to come back again!
Had the lunch fajitas with chicken steak and shrimp very large portions but I ate it all and had to get wheel barrel out cause it and the flavor was so great also their salsas are awesome, sorry was so full. Forgot to take a picture of the empty plate,

I sat at the bar and ordered to go food. Birria tacos with only rice instead of beans. With a large cheese dip. Asked for the spicy salsa as well which I know is Atleast sometimes a thing. Bartender understood I wanted to burn my face off and added what I can only describe as hot oil. Not the spicy salsa I wanted but I’m still battling my face melting off after 1 taco.Only subracted a star because I ordered no onion extra cilantro and got nether. And the price is outrageous but still good for a treat.

I've very disappointed with my lunch. My go-to dish is the Avocado Salad. I ordered one with chicken and one with shrimp. I've eaten here several times, and this is by far the worst. If I wanted a chicken or shrimp salad with avocado on the side, that's what I would have ordered. This salad looks thrown together and rushed. Thr salad usually comes with a whole avocado sliced with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and cheese.This place will go on my Hit or Miss List. Sometimes it's a Hit and sometimes it's a Miss. So, if you're hungry, I wouldn't recommend it. Go somewhere you know will be a hit.

Putu was our bartender, me and my girlfriend felt very welcomed by him and this staff. He is amazing and has an awesome vibe to him! Def will be coming back to see him at the bar! 10/10 recommend to go see Putu! :)
Came to have a late lunch w my girlfriend, and Putu made the experience that much more enjoyable! From the moment we walked in, and were greeted but the hostess we felt so welcome, and knew we would get the 5 star service we received! Can’t recommend this place enough!

This maybe the worst Mexican I have ever had . I had the steak borrito delivered via DoorDash . I also had cheese dip and Diet Coke along side . The borrito almost tasted Italian and had some marinara type sauce . The Diet Coke was already opened and the cheese dip was cold . Absolute garbage .

Very nice experience at this restaurant. We had a group and the service was on point. The food was excellent too. They even had a live musician playing the guitar and singing lightly in the background. Great place to get Mexican food. The queso and chips were amazing as well as the salsa. The entrée made my night.
