I went to Pablo's with a friend last week and had an amazing time! Despite how busy it was, the waiters were very diligent about getting our orders and checking up on us. The food came out much faster than expected and was absolutely delicious. I ordered an enchilada plate, and while the entrees tend to be more on the expensive side, the amount of food that you're given makes it completely worth it. Had the lunch fajitas with chicken steak and shrimp very large portions but I ate it all and had to get wheel barrel out cause it and the flavor was so great also their salsas are awesome, sorry was so full. Forgot to take a picture of the empty plate,
I sat at the bar and ordered to go food. Birria tacos with only rice instead of beans. With a large cheese dip. Asked for the spicy salsa as well which I know is Atleast sometimes a thing. Bartender understood I wanted to burn my face off and added what I can only describe as hot oil. Not the spicy salsa I wanted but I’m still battling my face melting off after 1 taco.Only subracted a star because I ordered no onion extra cilantro and got nether.
