I ordered at 9:18 and didn’t receive my order until 11:48 ... with no call saying they would be late, or even an apology for waiting over two hours for a pizza. Would not recommend this location, ever .
the papa johns 1429 11th ave s bham Alabama has bad coustomer service I have ordered from them for years and now they say since the building I live in has stiffed them manytimes they wont deliver I have never stiffed them allways paid first with good check card why should I suffer because what someone else does
I think papa Johns should get online and walk in services only. No more phones.
