Although the restaurant was temporarily closed for maintenance and updates, Shmeka was incredibly kind, courteous, and patient while explaining the situation to customers. What stands out most is that her excellent service isn’t limited to this one interaction. Every time my family and I visit this location, Shmeka greets us with a warm smile and a positive attitude. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. “I hate to see how bad the reviews are. I came here and ordered the 3 piece spicy white chicken and it was honestly some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Spicy, juicy, crunchy, and not overly greasy. Service was good and the facility was clean. I hope they can replicate the experience they gave me to their future customers to bump up the reviews on Google.“
