Nice, not crazy, not loud, not trying to sell you high art, but a bar that references the inventors of the cocktails, that adds drawings to the menu, and that provides an ingredient list. The bartender was attentive and discussed the served cocktails while carefully listening to my explanations of what I like in cocktails.
