Red Lobster offers a mix of experiences, from slow service to exceptional food and great deals. The Ultimate Feast allows for customization and the Strawberry Cheesecake Delight is a must-try. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are a highlight for many diners. Wheelchair accessibility is a plus. Staff quality varies, but some provide excellent service. Overall, a place for delicious seafood and good value.

Even though they were short-staffed, the waiters were on point - waiting on tables, cleaning tables, bartending, and handling pickup orders. The waiters kept a happy and pleasant face at all times, which was incredible. The atmosphere was rated 3 stars only because there wasn't a dedicated person to clear all the tables, but they were cleared when the waiters got to it.

The food was excellent, and the portions were larger than expected. The atmosphere felt more like a family vibe with the amazing customer service. This will be a new weekly spot.

The manager was rude. The customer had booked a reservation on OpenTable, but the manager did not want to accept it at first, though they were accepting some other OpenTable reservations, before eventually giving the customer a table. This happened on Valentine's Day at 6 pm.
